Recalibrate
The Group Coaching Experience
Only 10 spots available
We start October 21st
A six week program to align and recalibrate so you can show up how you want to show up
-

Every session follows the same rhythm: a short reset to get present, one practical tool you can use right away, live coaching on real situations from the group, practice in small pods, and one commitment to act on before we meet again
-
Align
We kick off the program with a 30 minute calibration call where we set expectations and make agreements as a group for the container we’re stepping into together
-
Weekly 90 Minute Sessions
Each week, we’ll start with a reset designed to regulate your nervous system and set the tone. Then we’ll jump into real-world scenarios, live coaching, and small group chats before we come together again to wrap up
-
Slack Community
We can call it support, or we can call it accountability. Use Slack between sessions to discuss how your commitments are going for the week, ask questions about how to approach things, and hear feedback from me and from the group
Weekly Session Structure
We’ll settle in either with breathing exercises, or quiet journaling (5 minutes)
Two participants will be asked to share something, or kick us off with a question about something going on at work and we’ll chat through it as a group, encouraging folks to chime in with thoughts, facilitated and moderated by me (50 minutes)
I’ll determine one commitment or activity to try out based on the discussion, and then you’ll break into small groups to talk through how you’re thinking of approaching it (15 minutes)
We’ll close out with final questions, and each share one action step we plan to take before our next session (20 minutes)
After each session, the recording will be shared in Slack, as well as notes, key takeaways and reminders of what we committed to

WHAT’S INCLUDED
Who is it for?
You're probably doing too much!Maybe you’ve been feeling a bit stuck in your professional life and walk away from interactions and meetings thinking, “dang, I wish I’d shown up differently.”
Or, you’re looking to be in a supportive group of peers who you can learn from.
You’re feeling dysregulated at work and know that if you had more tools to step and and look at your behaviors you’d feel more aligned.
If you’re a high achiever, but don’t feel like your impact is being translated into visibility at work.
People who are looking for a soft skills tune up, and think they’d benefit from direct feedback about strategic communication, influence, discernment, and resilience.
Folks who want accountability as they practice new behaviors.
Meet your coach
I’m a former Head of Customer success who spent 15 years in tech start ups before working at an independent bookstore. A much-needed reset led me here, coaching folks on soft skills by being their thought partner as they excavate what’s already there.
I adore complexity, and care about people building agency. I’ve been a yoga teacher for a little over two years, and my student-teacher status in my yoga practice informs my approach to coaching. I’m always learning as I teach, not in a “always be optimizing” kind of way, but rather out of curiosity and the love of connecting the dots. The best way to expand learning is to teach.
I’m a nervous system regulation practitioner and weave the body and its wisdom throughout my work.
I spend a good chunk of time reading, which I believe is the world’s greatest activity. I will 100% recommend a book to you without you even asking.
In addition to being a bookseller, I’m a coach, workshop facilitator, and a keynote speaker. I delivered a TEDx talk in September of 2026 about third places and how we need human-scale spaces in order to manage our relationship to connection.
I believe in play and practice. If we approach life as if it’s both a form of play, and a continuous practice, it dulls the stakes without leaving behind the lessons, learnings, and meaning we get from our life experiences. It makes me braver, more willing to try.
I offer one-on-one coaching, advising, group & team programs, workshops and keynotes.
