Starting at 12 weeks, this longer custom engagement is meant to create a transformation in your work and life by going deep into soft skills development.
We’ll start by doing a soft skills audit to determine areas where you need a tune-up based on your experiences and my soft skills assessment.
Methodology includes my AIR framework to understand what your auto-pilot behaviors are, how we can interrupt them, and how we can practice replacing them with behaviors that allow you to show up authentically and with agency.
I believe in self inquiry as a practice to bring awareness, so I ask a lot of questions and encourage you to do the same. When we ask the right questions, we get to the heart of the challenge and can address it.
This engagement is for when you know the answer isn't out there in another LinkedIn post or podcast episode, but buried somewhere in your own clarity, and you need guidance (and time) to excavate it without all the self-help fluff.
By the end of three months, you can expect to feel more rooted in your presence, more confident in rooms where it matters, and a greater sense of agency over your work life.
Specifically you’ll have:
A framework to name your auto-pilot behaviors that are keeping you stuck, the tools to interrupt them, and replacement behaviors to trial out
A built-out Evidence Bank — a standing, personal record of proof-of-competence you can pull from in a confidence gap moment, instead of defaulting to imposter narratives after a promotion or high-stakes ask
Decisive comfort with things like setting a concrete boundary or making an ask that you previously struggled with (i.e. a raise conversation, a role renegotiation, a "no" to scope creep, a delegation you’d been avoiding)
Three month engagements include:
Weekly or bi-weekly one-hour 1:1 recorded coaching sessions
Access to coach via Whatsapp/Slack for support between sessions
Access to a human-curated resource library full of books, articles, podcasts, videos and other things to support your growth
For engagements of 6 months or longer. In-person intensive day(s) that include yoga practices, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and live structured coaching sessions

Do you have a specific framework?

I developed a framework for teaching soft skills based on research and my own leadership experience. It’s a useful tool to lean on because it clarifies soft skills, which are famously a little bit amorphous. That being said, I follow the lead of my clients and each session will be unique and based on how I can best serve you.
Who is a good fit for one on one coaching?

My clients range in background, but there are three themes:
They’re navigating a life transition (leaving corporate, getting promoted, stepping into a new role at a new company) where they find themselves presented with a new paradigm of how they need to show up. In this case, old patterns show up and impact our new environment, so we start to feel friction as our behavior isn’t in alignment with where we are now, or where we want to go.
They are leaders who know that they can do better when it comes to leading and guiding their team, maybe because they weren’t given any management training before stepping into the role.
They realize they are generally dysregulated at work and it’s blocking them from showing up how they want.
In general my clients are curious, desire accountability, and aren’t afraid to go deep.

I’m a yoga teacher, bookseller and former tech start up leader with 15 years of experience leading teams and acting as a senior level individual contributor. I draw on my personal experience in leadership, as well as my experience building high performing teams. I believe deeply in self inquiry, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence as levers to pull as we work together.
Can I work with you for longer than three months?

You sure can! Three months is the minimum engagement because it gives us time to go deep and to see the applied behavioral changes come to life, but if you want to keep working together we can discuss custom packages that include async support only, monthly calls, or continued bi-weekly connects. For engagements of six months or longer, I also offer an in-person intensive (where in addition to coaching activities, I’ll lead you through a private yoga class!).
What are your corporate workshops like?

Workshops are custom-built to bring my AIR framework to your team as a way to train soft skills. We work together to identify the highest leverage areas for growth and I’ll send a workshop proposal your way. I offer both half day and full day in person workshops, as well as 90 minute virtual workshops that can range from developing influence to practicing discernment, to reading a room. All workshops are built to be fun (we do activities!) and to give your team specific ways to practice soft skills that they can implement immediately.
Can I hire you to coach my team?

Yep! I work on a retainer basis to act as a soft skills coach for teams. Retainers start with a six month commitment and are custom built for your team. They can include monthly live workshops, as well as 1:1 coaching for leaders and ongoing support as you work to integrate soft skills development as a part of your team’s culture.
