Do you have a specific framework?

I developed a framework for teaching soft skills based on research and my own leadership experience. It’s a useful tool to lean on because it clarifies soft skills, which are famously a little bit amorphous. That being said, I follow the lead of my clients and each session will be unique and based on how I can best serve you.


Who is a good fit for one on one coaching?

My clients range in background, but there are three themes:

  1. They’re navigating a life transition (leaving corporate, getting promoted, stepping into a new role at a new company) where they find themselves presented with a new paradigm of how they need to show up. In this case, old patterns show up and impact our new environment, so we start to feel friction as our behavior isn’t in alignment with where we are now, or where we want to go.

  2. They are leaders who know that they can do better when it comes to leading and guiding their team, maybe because they weren’t given any management training before stepping into the role.

  3. They realize they are generally dysregulated at work and it’s blocking them from showing up how they want.

In general my clients are curious, desire accountability, and aren’t afraid to go deep.


What’s your methodology?

I’m a yoga teacher, bookseller and former tech start up leader with 15 years of experience leading teams and acting as a senior level individual contributor. I draw on my personal experience in leadership, as well as my experience building high performing teams. I believe deeply in self inquiry, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence as levers to pull as we work together.


Can I work with you for longer than three months?

You sure can! Three months is the minimum engagement because it gives us time to go deep and to see the applied behavioral changes come to life, but if you want to keep working together we can discuss custom packages that include async support only, monthly calls, or continued bi-weekly connects. For engagements of six months or longer, I also offer an in-person intensive (where in addition to coaching activities, I’ll lead you through a private yoga class!).


What are your corporate workshops like?

Workshops are custom-built to bring my AIR framework to your team as a way to train soft skills. We work together to identify the highest leverage areas for growth and I’ll send a workshop proposal your way. I offer both half day and full day in person workshops, as well as 90 minute virtual workshops that can range from developing influence to practicing discernment, to reading a room. All workshops are built to be fun (we do activities!) and to give your team specific ways to practice soft skills that they can implement immediately.


Can I hire you to coach my team?

Yep! I work on a retainer basis to act as a soft skills coach for teams. Retainers start with a six month commitment and are custom built for your team. They can include monthly live workshops, as well as 1:1 coaching for leaders and ongoing support as you work to integrate soft skills development as a part of your team’s culture.
